Throughout Billy’s 18-year career as an award-winning copywriter and creative director, he’s worked on a wide variety of accounts in just about every industry there is. This exposure to so many types of products and services has made him incredibly versatile and given him a unique perspective on business.

Prior to joining Howard/Merrell in 2000, Billy spent his early years at both large and small advertising agencies in New York City. While there, he worked on campaigns for ABC News, Jameson Irish Whiskey, Primestar Satellite TV, Martex sheets and towels, Country Music Television, Crest and Swiffer Sweepers, among many others. When he’s not working, he’s trying to get his 4 kids to help him with yard work or he’s playing in his men’s hockey league. He earned his degree in corporate communications from Southern Connecticut State University.
